Testimony of a Grandmother

" EVERYTHING IS OK " OR IS IT ? GRANDPARENTS NEED TO STEP UP !!!!!!!!

I had to ask my self.., " Do I want to live this way for the next 10 years of my life ? " It was the hardest thing to do was to take my son in law to court to get custody to get my grandson. My daughter passed away 5 years ago leaving behind a grandson who had lived with us since birth now 9 years old, and his father who had been twice divorced from my daughter.  My daughter at the time of her death had sole custody, and the father had supervised visitations and drug testing.  The court is so foolish, that when my daughter passed away the father now had all the rights to the child regardless of his arrangements and drugs.  Because the child had lived with us for most of his 9 years of life the X son in law and father of the child and I made a 50/50 arrangements and for 5 years it worked out so well.  5-years later I could see that my grandson was in arms way and was " crying for HELP " ..  We hired Focus Investigation Agency to see what was really going on when my X son in law had my grandson.. In only a few short times of the surveillance did we discover that the father was leaving the child alone to wait outside a store front while he went inside to shop, having him walk on a busy street from school alone, leaving him alone in the apartment, not safe with him when riding in the streets, and through this investigation and all of the other evidence we gathered over 6 months and having Focus Investigation Agency be one of our witnessses in our trial we now have SOLE CUSTODY of our grandson..
